Add another Lifegiver and you will get 14 hit points every level. Equipping a lockpick would improve Lockpicking skill, Motion sensor improves Outdoorsman skill and Tool improves Repair skill. You get 10 hit points every level instead of 6 (with an endurance of 8). Some skills can be improved while having certain items equipped. Strength 6 also gives access to Strong Back, which heavily increases your carrying capacity. ![]() This chance increases the lower your Intelligence is, so we suggest keeping it at Intelligence 4 until you’ve got a healthy amount of levels. This perk gives you a chance to earn 3x XP from any action. As a few examples, Luck 5 will give access to Idiot Savant, a perk that’s much better than its namesake suggests. Each of these stats will unlock certain perks along the different perk trees, which will help you out a ton in the early game. Best build for a relatively painless fallout 2 experience I've run through Fallout a number of times of the years but only once or twice through 2, I think the scope of the game kinda puts me off in some regards as its feels a lot more daunting than its predecessor. While these may seem like a completely random stat distribution, there is a method to our madness. ![]()
